We believe in the Trinity. One God in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God; born of the virgin Mary as both fully God and fully man; living a sinless life; being crucified for the atonement of the sin of every man and woman; dead and buried, rising on the third day; ascending into Heaven, returning to earth one day.
We believe in the Holy Spirit, as the divine Helper and Counselor; present and indwelling every believer to instruct and guide us to holy living, setting us apart, convicting us to repent of sin, and sanctifying our souls.
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, without error, and the sole authority for our lives.
We believe salvation is for every person who by faith receives Christ as their Savior. Everyone who is saved will be resurrected to enjoy life with God. Unbelievers will be resurrected to eternal suffering apart from God.
We believe all believers possess gifts given by the Holy Spirit that are to encourage and edify the body of Christ. While we believe God is capable of granting the gift of tongues, Journey to Dream asks all who lead and represent the ministry to refrain from exercising tongues at events or meetings to maintain unity and prevent confusion for others.
