In January of this year, JTD partnered with LISD to launch and replicate the Livin It Loud school-based program into their high schools and middle schools. We thank Reginna Bennett and the LISD Safe & Drug Free Schools Task Force, CHOICES, for such an amazing opportunity. We look forward to impacting lives and are honored to be partnering with you! Stay tuned for more videos and a new photo gallery of new performance teams at Marcus High School and Arbor Creek Middle School.
This month, the JTD Dream Team will send a group of students out to Marcus High School and Arbor Creek Middle School to present “The Power of One”. This amazing group of students will encourage their peers to join them in staying drug and alcohol free, in abstaining from other destructive behaviors prominent in their culture, and in using their voice and influence to change the tide for their generation.
On September 21, 2009, King Architectural Metal’s hosted the 5th Annual Tee Off for Teens Golf Classic benefitting Journey to Dream. We are blessed beyond words for the continued support of our friends and partners that allow us to continue to make a difference in the lives of young people. A special thanks to our 2009 sponsors!
